PAYMENT SCHEDULE OPTIONS

Deposit

A deposit is due at the time of registration in order to confirm your spot on the trip.

• Single Occupancy Deposit: $300

• Double Occupancy Deposit: $300

Room Types

For this trip, there are 6 Single Occupancy rooms available. Each of those rooms has a Double/Full sized bed. If you are interested in sharing one of these rooms, please book the Double Occupancy package with the understanding that if an extra bed is needed, it will be a rollaway bed.

There are 3 Double Occupancy rooms available, each of those rooms with a Queen or King Sized bed. Additional beds are not able to be added to those rooms.

Payment Schedule Options

Payment Option #1:

Pay in full at the time of registration.

Payment Option #2:

Half Now/Half Later: Pay 50% of the package price at the time of registration. (Single Occupancy: $575, Double Occupancy: $450). The balance is due on September 5, 2025.

Payment Option #3:

Monthly Installments: Pay the deposit at the time of registration. Pay the balance over additional monthly installments. If you register for the trip at any time after the second installment payment date, your deposit will be the cumulative of the first installment payment amount and the applicable additional installment payment amounts based on the date of registration.

Single Occupancy Installment Payment Dates ($300 deposit, $212.50 monthly installments)

• Fourth Installment Payment Due: August 1, 2025

• Fifth Installment Payment Due: September 5, 2025

Double Occupancy Installment Payment Dates ($300 deposit per person, $150 monthly installments per person)

• First Installment Payment/Deposit due at registration

• Second Installment Payment Due: June 1, 2025

• Third Installment Payment Due: July 1, 2025

• Fourth Installment Payment Due: August 1, 2025

• Fifth Installment Payment Due: September 5, 2025

All trips must be paid in full by September 5, 2025.

Payments

Payments via debit or credit card are accepted. When entering a reason for the payment, please use “HVC” (short for Havana, Cuba). If you place the word Cuba in your payment information, the payment will be flagged and likely won’t be processed as this raises red flags with U.S. financial institutions due the embargoes our government has against the Cuban Government. 

Payment Policy

The trip must be paid in full by September 5, 2025 (two months prior to the trip date). For those on Payment Option 2 or Payment Option 3, an updated invoice will be sent around the 15th of every month and will include details of payments received and your remaining balance. Failure to have the trip paid in full by the aforementioned date may result in your reservation being canceled.

If you select Payment Option 2 (half now, half later) and fail to pay the balance by the final payment due date (September 5, 2025), your reservation may be canceled and all payments subject to forfeiture.

If you select Payment Option 3 (monthly installment payments) and fall 60 days past due on your installment payments, your reservation is subject to cancellation and all payments subject to forfeiture.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Deposits are fully refundable for 10 calendar days. There are no cancellation refunds after 10 calendar days. All payments after 10 calendar days of the first payment are non-refundable.

Trip Insurance

We strongly advise that all attendees purchase a travel insurance policy to protect your investment if an emergency requires you to cancel, and cover yourself in the event of a medical or other emergency while on the trip. Should medical attention be needed, many countries will require full payment in advance of any treatment or emergency service. Please check with your insurance company and credit card company to confirm any available coverage.

By submitting your deposit for the Havana Cuba Trip, November 6-11, 2025, you are agreeing to all of the aforementioned payment, refund, and cancellation terms.
